During the fall season, homeowners gather with friends and family to celebrate a variety of different occasions. Cranberry Apple Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila 
  • 2 ounces apple cider 
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice 
  • 1 ounce orange juice or orange liqueur such as Cointreau 
  • Ice 
  • Brown sugar and granulated sugar for rimming glass 

Instructions: 

  1. On a small plate, stir together small, relatively equal amounts of brown sugar and granulated sugar until evenly combined. Wet the outer edge of the rim of the serving glasses with water, then press it into the sugar mixture until the rim is coated evenly. 
  2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the tequila, apple cider, cranberry juice, and orange juice/liqueur. Shake well, then pour/strain into the rimmed glasses. Serve with ice and/or with thin apple slices for garnish if you like.

Drunk Witch

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ounces vodka 
  • 2 ounces blue curacao 
  • 2 ounces grenadine 
  • top with sprite 

Instructions: 

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice. 
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 
  3. Dip the glass into corn syrup and then green sugar. 
  4. Strain the ingredients over the ice, top with sprite and garnish with sprinkles.

Caramel Apple Sangria

Ingredients: 

  • 5 cups Apple Cider 
  • ¼ cup Caramel Syrup 
  • 1 750ml White Wine Pino grigio, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, or Riesling are excellent choices. 
  • 1 cup Caramel Vodka Stolichnaya and Smirnoff make this flavor 
  • 3 lg Honeycrisp or Gala apples sliced thin 
  • 2 lg Granny Smith Apple sliced thin 

Garnishes (Optional)

  • rosemary sprigs, star of anise pods, or cinnamon sticks 
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (fine or coarse) 
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

Instructions: 

  1. Stir the apple cider and the caramel syrup until the syrup dissolves. 
  2. Core and cut the apples into thin slices and place in the bottom of your pitcher or jug. 
  3. Pour the wine, caramel vodka, and apple cider into a pitcher. 
  4. Stir for several minutes until all ingredients are well combined. You can serve it immediately, but it is best to sit for 1-2 hours in the fridge. 
  5. To rim glasses with sugar, pour a bit of the sangria on a plate. On another plate, put ¼ cup of white sugar. Stir ground cinnamon into sugar until well combined. Dip the edges of the glass into the sangria and then press the edges of the glass into the sugar. 
  6. Serve over ice and garnish individual glasses. Enjoy!

Salted Caramel Apple Moscow Mule

Ingredients: 

  • Dulce de Leche (or caramel sauce) for inside mug 
  • 2 OZ Salted Caramel Vodka 
  • 2 OZ Apple Cider 
  • 4 OZ Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale 
  • Ice 

Instructions: 

  1. In a chilled copper mug, add Dulce de Leche 
  2. Add Ice to fill mug 
  3. Add Apple Cider 
  4. Add Salted Caramel Vodka 
  5. Add Ginger Beer 
  6. Garnish rim of mug with apple slices and soft caramel on a toothpick and serve chilled

Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail

Ingredients: 

For the Drink:

  • 3 ounces 2 shot glasses good quality vodka 
  • 3 ounces 2 shot glasses pumpkin spice creamer 
  • 1.5 ounces 1 shot glass Kahlua 
  • Whipped Cream and pumpkin pie spice for garnish 

For the Rim:

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sparkling sugar 
  • 3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers 

Instructions: 

  1. Mix the ingredients for the rim together on a shallow plate. Dip the edge of two glasses in water and then dip into the graham mixture. Press to coat. Set the two glasses aside. 
  2. Pour vodka, creamer, and kahlua into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake lightly until combined and cold. 
  3. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. 
  4. Enjoy!

Hocus Pocus Fizz

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 oz Rum your favorite brand 
  • 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice 
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup see notes 
  • 1/2 oz Orange Juice fresh squeezed 
  • Orange Zest 
  • Prosecco or champagne/sparkling wine 

Instructions: 

  1. Start off by dipping the rim of your coupe or matini glass in a little bit of the chilled simple syrup. Dip it very lightly. Now dip the rim of the same glass into some orange sanding sugar. Set this aside on the counter or in the freezer to set. 
  2. Now prepare your cocktail. In a shaker or mixing glass, add ice and combine cranberry juice, orange juice, simple syrup, orange zest, and rum in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until thoroughly chilled through. 
  3. Strain the mixture into your orange sugar rimmed cocktail glass, top off with chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine and garnish with an orange twist.

Pumpkin Spice Martini

Ingredients: 

  • 2 T. 100% pure pumpkin puree 
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup 
  • 2 oz. vanilla vodka 
  • 2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream liquor 
  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 

Instructions: 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  
  2. Add pumpkin puree, simple syrup, vodka, Bailey’s, and pumpkin pie spice; shake for about 30 seconds. 
  3. Pour shaken mixture through a strainer into a martini or cocktail glass. 
  4. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.

Fall Sangria Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bottle dry red wine 
  • 1/2 cup bourbon 
  • 1 cup apple cider 
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced 
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced 
  • 3 cinnamon sticks 
  • 2-inch knob fresh ginger, thinly sliced 
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 

Instructions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large jar or carafe.  
  2. Refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days. 
  3. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Autumn Aperol Spritz

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup ice 
  • 3 ounces Aperol 
  • 2 ounces blood orange juice 
  • 2 ounces Apple Cider 
  • 1 splash soda water or Prosecco, Champagne 

Optional:

  • 3 ounces Prosecco Champagne, or any sparkling wine 
  • 1 slice blood orange – garnish 

Instructions: 

  1. First, juice a couple of blood oranges, and slice one for garnish. 
  2. Place ice in a tall glass, Aperol, blood orange juice, apple cider, a splash of soda water, and garnish with sliced blood orange. Cheers! 
  3. Optional: Pour Prosecco, Champagne or sparkling wine instead of club soda. 
  4. Garnish with blood orange slices.

Boozy Pecan Pie Cocktail

Ingredients: 

  • 3 ounces almond milk 
  • 1 Ounce Pinnacle Pecan Pie Vodka 
  • 1 Ounce Irish Cream Liqueur 
  • 1 oz heavy cream 
  • Caramel dip 
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans 
  • Cool Whip 
  • 2 whole pecans 
  • Cinnamon 

Instructions: 

  1. Dip rim of cocktail glass in caramel dip, followed by chopped pecans. 
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add almond milk, vodka, liqueur, and heavy cream. Shake until combined. 
  3. Fill glass with ice and pour in cocktail mixture. 
  4. Top with dollop of cool whip, whole pecans, and sprinkle of cinnamon.
