Convenience
Do you throw parties a lot? This is a perfect reason to add either a half bathroom or a full bathroom. You can have one designated bathroom for guest to use once they are at your house.
If you have elderly family members, consider adding an on suite or lower floor bathroom. This will make it easier for them to get around.
If the toilet stops working in one bathroom, you’ll have a backup!

Growing Family
