Summer is quickly coming to an end. But don’t worry, there’s still a little bit of time left to enjoy a nice refreshing drink on the beach before the temperature starts to drop. Check out some of the best beachy rum cocktails to enjoy before the fall season!

Ingredients: 

• 3 oz of pineapple coconut juice 
• 3 oz of coconut rum
• 1 oz of mango juice 
• 1 oz of orange juice 
• splash of grenadine
• lime slices and/or orange zest for garnish 
• edible flowers for garnish 

Instructions: 

  1. Combine all juices (pineapple coconut, mango, and orange) and rum.
  2. Then stir.
  3. Pour over ice and add a splash of grenadine for color. The grenadine will fall to the bottom and give the drink a pretty ombre look.
  4. Then, add lime, orange zest, and edible flowers for garnish. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 oz. Rum
  • 1 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Fresh Mint
  • Pineapple

Instructions: 

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Then, add all other ingredients to the shaker. 
  3. Shake for 7 to 10 seconds to chill and combine.  
  4. Pour the drink into a tall glass filled with ice.  
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and/or fresh pineapple chunks

Ingredients: 

  • 4 peaches 
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh mint 
  • 2 teaspoons sugar 
  • 4 oz white rum 
  • Ice as needed 
  • 4 oz club soda as needed 

Instructions: 

  1. Slice two of the peaches for garnish and chop the remaining two peaches. 
  2. Place the chopped peaches in a muddler or cocktail shaker and add the sugar and rum. 
  3. Muddle the peach, sugar and rum together until well combined and the sugar has dissolved. 
  4. You can either strain with a cocktail shaker or directly pour the peach-infused rum evenly into your two serving glasses filled with ice, mint, and peaches. 
  5. Garnish with additional peaches. 
  6. Add a splash of club soda, as desired. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 strawberries 
  • 4 fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 lime 
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice 
  • 2 ounces rum 
  • 4 ounces Sprite 
  • Ice 
  • Fresh mint, strawberries, lime slices for garnish 

Instructions: 

  1. Remove strawberry tops and slice into a glass and add mint leaves. 
  2. Squeeze lime into glass. 
  3. Add pineapple juice and rum. 
  4. Muddle the strawberries and mint leaves until strawberries are broken up into small pieces. 
  5. Fill the glass with ice and top with Sprite. 
  6. Stir to mix and garnish with fresh strawberries, lime slices and fresh mint. 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 oz light coconut milk 
  • 2 oz blueberry lime juice (recipe follows) 
  • 2 oz coconut rum 
  • 2 oz light rum 
  • 2 oz pineapple juice 

Instructions: 

  1. Fill 2 narrow highball glasses with crushed ice. Set aside. 
  2. In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients, then pour over crushed ice. 
  3. Garnish with blueberries on a cocktail pick, mint, and dried lime slices, if desired. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup, or to taste 
  • 1 1/2 oz spiced rum 
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum 
  • 1 1/2 oz banana liquer 
  • 4 oz pineapple juice 
  • Ice 

Instructions: 

  1. Add grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup to the bottom of each glass (1/2 oz each) and fill each glass with ice. 
  2. Pour in the liquors one at a time – spiced rum, banana liquor, and coconut rum (3/4 oz each). 
  3. Top with pineapple juice, and garnish with an orange slice for the sun and a maraschino cherry as a nod to Simba’s anointment (the red mark made by Rafiki). 
  4. Enjoy immediately. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 oz Spiced Rum 
  • 1.5 oz Coconut Rum 
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao 
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice 
  • 1 oz Lime Juice (1 large lime) 
  • Lime Wheels for garnish (1 large lime) 

Instructions: 

  1. Cut one lime into pretty lime wheels. 
  2. Mix Spiced Rum, Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao and Pineapple Juice in a shaker full of ice. 
  3. Squeeze a large lime to get 1 oz of fresh lime juice and pour into the above mix. 
  4. Shake to chill. 
  5. Fill your glass with ice and add two lime wheels along the side of the glass. 
  6. Pour mix into your glass 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/4 oz white rum 
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh pineapple juice 
  • 1 Banana, sliced 
  • Juice of 1/4 lime 
  • Ice cubes 

Instructions: 

  1. Add the Pineapple juice, rum, banana and ice into a blender in that order 
  2. Squeeze in the lime juice 
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes 
  4. Add two ice cubes to your glass and pour the banana rum smoothie in 
  5. Drink right away 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 OZ Spiced Rum 
  • 2 OZ Pineapple Juice Use store bought pineapple juice (not from concentrate, or make your own pineapple juice. Blend ½ whole pineapple (cut into large chunks) with ¼ cup water until smooth. Strain into a pitcher or airtight container. 
  • 1 OZ Lime Juice about 1 lime 
  • 6 OZ Ginger Beer 

Instructions: 

  1. Pour rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and ginger beer into a cup or copper mug filled with ice. 
  2. Garnish with a lime wedge, lime wheel, pineapple wedge or pineapple leaves and serve immediately. 

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz white rum gold rum may be used instead 
  • 8 oz cream of coconut we use coco real brand 
  • 6 oz can pineapple juice 
  • 12 oz frozen pineapple chunks 
  • 4 cups ice 
  • pineapple wedges for garnish 
  • pineapple leaf for garnish 
  • maraschino cherries with stems for garnish 

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to a blender, in the order they’re listed above. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into serving glasses, and garnish as desired.
