Have you ever had your day made because of someone’s random act of kindness? I know I have, it’s an amazing feeling.

Can you imagine how spectacular the world would be if everyone did one kind thing for someone else, November 13 is World Kindness Day – try to make it appoint to do at least one random act of kindness for someone in your life. Whether you pay the customer behind you in line at the drive thru or leave a note thanking your mailman for continuing to bring all of your Amazon packages, one kind gesture could make someone’s day.

Here are some ways to help make someone smile. :)

  • Donate used towels or blankets to an animal shelter
  • Pick up trash around town
  • Eat local & leave a generous tip
  • Bring donuts to work
  • Leave a nice comment on someone’s social media
  • Text someone good morning
  • Leave a positive review for a local company online
  • Practice gratitude
  • Hold the door for someone
  • Write a note on a rock and leave it at a bus stop
  • Set an alarm on your phone for every three hours, that way you remember to do something nice for someone.
  • Tell your coworker they are doing a great job
  • Spread positivity
  • Leave a positive note on the bathroom mirror at work
