Heritage Custom Builders Open Houses
To make the house hunting process a little bit easier – and a lot more fun – we have a number of model homes available for people to tour and explore. Whether you’re interested in buying a home in one of our beautiful Saratoga County communities or you are hoping to work with us to construct the custom home of your dreams, attending one of our open houses can be a great experience.
Heritage Custom Builders model houses are fully finished and furnished, so you’ll feel right at home as soon as you step inside. While you can’t actually live in the houses, visiting can help you get a feel for what it would be like if you did live there – and help you decide if you might be interested in making one of our unique home models your home sweet home.
When and Where To Visit Our Open Houses
We know searching for a home can be a hassle and it can be challenging to fit visiting open houses into your busy schedule! That’s why our open houses are open frequently.
You can visit our model homes on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from noon until 4:00pm. If that doesn’t work for you, feel free to call us directly to request an appointment. We would be happy to show you around at a time that’s convenient for you.
Currently, we have model homes hosting open houses in two of our neighborhoods: Timber Creek Preserve and Mourningkill Meadows.
