5 Minute Air Fryer S’mores

Ingredients:

  • graham crackers
  • 4 jumbo marshmallows
  • 4 chocolate bar squares

Instructions:

  1. Prep: Break graham crackers in half hamburger style along the middle line. Cut or rip your marshmallows in half to expose sticky insides. Place 2 marshmallow halves (1 marshmallow), sticky side down, onto half a graham cracker, gently pushing it down with your fingers so it sticks. Make as many graham cracker halves with stuck marshmallows as you’d like, then place them in the air fryer basket, marshmallow side up.
  2. Air fry: Air fry at 400F for 4-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows have browned and began to puff up. Check at 4 minutes and add time if you need to – different air fryer models will vary!
  3. Melt & serve: Quickly use a spatula or fork to remove the cooked half of the s’mores from the air fryer basket and place them on a cutting board or paper towels. Immediately place a square of chocolate on top of the cooked marshmallows, pushing it down with your fingers to nestle it into the hot marshmallow. Put the other half of the graham cracker on top, and wait about 30 seconds for the chocolate to melt and the cracker to cool. EXPERT LEVEL TIP: Use the top graham cracker to pull some of the hot marshmallow up over the sides of the piece of chocolate before putting it on top. This leads to a more even melt! Serve immediately.
