Enjoy Quiet Time

Waking up just a little earlier than usual each morning gives you a chance to have some quiet time to yourself. Even if it’s just for an extra half hour in the morning, having this quiet time will allow you to be more relaxed and focused throughout the day.

Watch the Sunrise

How many days do you actually get to view the sunrise? Waking up earlier gives you the opportunity to see it every morning and have an inspiring start to your day.

Adds More Time

We all have been guilty of saying, “There’s not enough time in the day.” By waking up earlier, you can add more time into your day to do things like do the dishes, workout, pack a lunch, etc. Watch how fast that checklist shrinks with just a little extra time.

Eat Breakfast

Breakfast has been said to be the most important meal of the day, but surprisingly most people actually skip breakfast in the morning. One of the most common excuses is that a person simply doesn’t have time to cook or put together a breakfast. Waking up just a half hour earlier gives you enough time to at least make a bowl of cereal for yourself to help you prepare for the day.

Exercise

Most people will say they don’t have enough time in their schedule to work out during the day. Waking up earlier provides you with extra time that can be put towards your health and fitness. Exercising in the morning can also provide you with other benefits like increased focus and energy throughout the day.
