NYS 4th of July Celebration at Empire Plaza 

  • Empire State Plaza | 100 S Mall Arterial, Albany, NY 12242

  • 6:00pm-10:00pm

  • Free parking will be available starting at 5:30pm in the Visitor and “P” lots, grand Street Lot, and Elk Street Lot. 

  • Price Chopper and Market 32 present the 45th annual Independence Day celebration at the Empire State Plaza! 

  • Featuring live music, food and beverage vendors, and spectacular fireworks show.

Albany-Saratoga Speedway Massive Fireworks Display

Independence Day Celebration at Fort Ticonderoga

  • Enjoy Independence Day weekend with a trip to Fort Ticonderoga. Meet the soldiers of the Northern Continental Army and their labor for liberty at Ticonderoga in 1776. Watch as the soldiers work to prepare themselves and their cannons for the invasion by the British Army on Lake Champlain.

Clifton Commons 4th of July Parade  

  • The route will begin on Route 146 in front of the Shenendehowa campus and will end at Clifton Commons. 

  • Sunday July 4th, 2021

  • Parade begins at 12:00pm.

  • Enjoy a small-town 4th of July parade celebration!  

Bites Camera Action Movie Series | Independence Day  

  • Movie will be played on the lawn at the H. Carl McCall State University of New York Administration Building, the iconic former D&H Railroad Headquarters building at 353 Broadway in downtown Albany.
